FREE monthly seminars held on Saturday mornings.
50 total participants received tools, resources, and support. Seminars are 90 minutes; this includes lunch and workbook.
Our Topic: Understanding Health covered wellbeing, nutrition, physical fitness.
Partnered with Granville Vance Health Department and held seminars on Diabetes.

Provided a high quality 5K/10K experience to community for little to no cost.
Fundraised $10K and provided a $1500 grant to local nonprofit.
Provided 6 FREE weekly 5K training/support with certified coaches.

The experience of the 5K/10K encouraged many to walk more and improve health in preparation for next year's race.
